Football - Term of use

These Terms & Conditions apply to the Football Live Scores & News application (hereinafter referred to as the "Application") for mobile devices. The Application is provided as a free service.

If you access the Application using a mobile data connection, your mobile network provider may charge data usage fees. You are solely responsible for any such charges incurred through your use of the Application.

The Service Provider shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Application.

You are responsible for ensuring that your device remains operational, charged, and capable of accessing the Application. The Service Provider cannot be held responsible for service interruptions resulting from device-related issues.

Updates and Termination

The Service Provider may release updates, enhancements, or modifications to the Application from time to time. To continue using the Application, you may need to install these updates.

The Service Provider does not guarantee ongoing compatibility with all devices or operating system versions. By using the Application, you agree to install updates when they become available if required for continued functionality.

The Service Provider may suspend or terminate access to the Application at any time, with or without notice. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms & Conditions will immediately cease, and you must stop using the Application and remove it from your device if applicable.

These Terms & Conditions may be revised periodically. Any updates will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Application following the publication of revised Terms & Conditions constitutes acceptance of those changes.
