Terms of Service

App: Phone Call: Calling App

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are the agreement between you and the developer ("we", "us", "our") for the Phone Call: Calling App application (the "App"). Download, install or use the App and these Terms bind you. If they do not suit you, do not use the App.

1. The Service

The App is a calling app. You can sort and search contacts, dial and answer calls, look through call history, see who is ringing before you pick up, and block or filter numbers you would rather avoid. Which features work depends on the permissions you give, on your phone, and on whether the App is your default dialer.

2. Free Tier and Subscription

The main contact and calling features are free and that tier is funded by adverts. A subscription does two things: adverts switch off and the premium features unlock. What is included is listed inside the App and may grow or change as the App develops.

3. Billing, Renewal, Cancelling

Subscriptions sell only through Google Play billing at the price shown before you confirm. Without cancellation a subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period and the charge goes to your Google Play account under Google's terms. Cancel in the Play Store under "Subscriptions"; the subscription then runs to the end of the period already paid for and access stays until then. Uninstalling cancels nothing — only the Play Store can end a subscription.

4. Refunds

Refunds follow the Google Play refund policy and Google, not us, decides and pays them. If a charge looks like a mistake, write to us as well and we will help where we can, but Google has the final say on any Play Store refund.

5. Age and Purchases by Minors

Use is allowed from 13, or from any higher minimum age your local law sets. Anyone from 13 to 18 needs a parent or guardian to allow it, and that adult accepts these Terms for them.

A subscription or purchase by a minor is valid only where a parent or guardian agreed beforehand. An adult who lets a child use a phone signed in to that adult's Google Play account is responsible for purchases from it. The real protection is purchase authentication in Google Play — a password or fingerprint before each purchase — and we recommend it on any phone a child can use. If an unauthorised purchase still happens, use the Google Play refund process.

6. Acceptance and Changes

Using the App means accepting these Terms. They may change; the version on this page, with its effective date, always applies, and continued use after a change means accepting it. If a change does not suit you, stop using the App.

7. Data the App Uses

Within the permissions you give, the App works with contacts, call records and related phone data to provide dialling, caller ID, call history and blocking. Details are in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Personal data is not sold and is shared only with the providers named there.

8. Your Responsibilities

Use the App lawfully only. How you use dialling, blocking and reporting — including following the law where you are — is your responsibility, as is the accuracy of the contact details you keep. Do not use the App to harass anyone, to file false spam reports, to interfere with emergency communications, to bypass the subscription, or to reach any connected system without authority. The App must never be your only way to reach emergency services; your phone's own emergency dialling must stay available at all times.

9. Your Controls

Withdraw permissions in Android settings, edit or delete contacts, clear call history, unblock numbers, change your default dialer, uninstall the App — any of it, at any time, at your own discretion.

10. Ownership and Licence

The code, design, graphics and other material from us are ours and are protected by intellectual property law. You get a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App, including premium features a subscription unlocks, for private non-commercial use. Copying, modifying, redistributing, selling and reverse engineering need our written consent. Your own contacts and content stay yours.

11. Adverts

With no subscription active, adverts show through outside networks such as Google AdMob. Anything between you and an advertiser is between you two alone; we are not responsible for third-party advert content or for what is advertised. Adverts stop while a subscription is active.

12. Disclosure

We may disclose information where the law requires it, or where reasonably necessary to prevent fraud or abuse, to protect users' rights and safety, or to enforce these Terms.

13. Ending Use

Stop using the App whenever you like by uninstalling it — noting a subscription outlives uninstallation and needs separate cancellation in the Play Store. We may suspend or end access without notice where these Terms are breached, where the law requires it, or where continuing would expose us to legal or operational risk. Terms meant to survive termination — ownership, disclaimers, liability limits — continue.

14. No Warranty

The App is supplied "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, that every unwanted or spam call is caught, that caller ID is always right, or that every fault is fixed.

15. Liability Limits

So far as the law permits, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages — including missed or failed calls, lost data, lost contacts, lost profit and device malfunction — arising from use of the App or inability to use it, even if we were warned it was possible.

16. Disputes

Write to us first at the address below; nearly everything gets settled that way. If that fails, the dispute is decided under applicable law by the competent courts where the defendant is located, unless mandatory law directs otherwise.

17. General

If any provision here is invalid or unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Not enforcing a provision once is not a waiver.
